Meetings

ORSB conducts general meetings, project meetings and special meetings. Approximately 7-8 general meetings are held throughout the school year. General meetings are open to all Oak Ridge Sports Booster(ORSB) Members, as well as, ORHS faculty, students, parents and community interest groups. Typically meeting attendance is by the ORSB leaders and representatives from the various sports teams at ORHS.

Project meetings are conducted as needed to coordinate planned events, such as the Blue and Gold Auction. Only volunteers working on an event need to attend these meetings. Dates and times will be comunicated to the team members. Meetings with widespread interest may be posted on the Meetings Schedule page of this website.

Special meetings include ORSB Board of Director Meetings and meetings among the Officers.
