Booster Business

ORSB is a Chapter 3c non-profit organization incorporated in the state of California. State requirements for corporations include filing Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, designation of President and Secretary, and optionally election of a Board of Directors.

With the financial goals of this organization to be the raising and distribution of funds to the ORHS Athletic Program, documents explaining the Fund Distribution Plan is published here. This plan is voted on and adhered to by the ORSB Board of Directors.
