Here are the action items I took away from our discussion:



Beth Goodwin

(Facilities) - Secure Mercedes

(Entertainment) - contract with Jon Bosh to DJ

(Information Secretary) - pull contact information from previous donors, send to Bill Wagner and Lynette Ropp

pull liquor license information for Jerry Jolly, pull information for tables and linnens for Renee Cooper



Donna Kasabian

(Publicity) - contact local newspapers for advertisment



Ralph Clark

(Tickets) - secure printer for tickets

develop team compensation strategy for ticket & table sales, and table sponsors



Karen Slagle

(Donations) - work with Bill, Beth, and Lynette to target past donors, identify potential new donors



Lynette Ropp

(Correspondence) - investigate ability to print donation letters

work with Karen and Bill on targeting donor correspondence



Kathy Brill

(Poster Contest) - contact Connie Hardy (Art Teacher) about poster contest



Jerry Jolly

(Bar) - liquor license, contact Beth Goodwin for information



Rita White & Judy Collinsworth

(Wine Tasting) - contact wineries and micro brew about donating to event

research engraved wine glasses and beer mugs



Melanie DeMure

(Casino Gaming) - contract desired gaming vendor (in El Grove ?) on specific details of cost, people, and volunteers needed to run games, pit boss, etc.



Bill Wagner

(Chair) - procure envelopes and stamps for correspondence

Work with Karen and Lynette to target donors for letters

Work with Ralph on team ticket strategy
