We had 25 spirited volunteers at the kickoff meeting and every team is represented on the organizing committee! Theme: Blue and Gold Rush Ticket Price: $35 each, $500 for team table ($150 goes to team), group of 8 purchased together reserves two tickets for coach and guest, and of course "front and center" Sponsor Tables are available. Two attachements: 1) Committee list - please review and make sure I have correctly captured name (spelling), contact information (preferred email address and phone, team affiliation, and committee asignment(s). 2) Auction Article to share with your respective team distribution lists. Our next full committee meeting is January 12th, 7pm in room B3 (lecture hall) at Oak Ridge, this is a Booster General meeting and your team will receive credit ($62.50) for representation through your attendance (this is part of the membership drive fundraiser).
